Allysa’s Story: A Graduate of Child Sponsorship Program

Allysa’s story is a journey shaped by humble beginnings in the Child Sponsorship Program for 15 years, strengthened by God’s guidance, and made possible through the love of her family, church, and generous sponsor.

Hello, my name is Allysa Joyce Malazarte. I’m 21 years old, and I recently graduated from Quezon City University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship. I come from a simple family living in Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City. We faced many challenges, especially financial ones, but my parents always did their best to provide for us. Through love, prayer, and the help of others, we were able to overcome those difficulties.

I joined the Child Sponsorship Program because I needed support for my education and daily needs. I found out about the program through our church. I have been supported for 15 years, and I’m very thankful for everything the program has done for me. I started attending worship services regularly and eventually became more involved in church activities. Through the church, I got to know God more deeply, and my faith grew stronger. Being part of the church helped guide me and gave me hope, especially during difficult times. The program has helped me a lot in my education by providing school supplies and other support. It also helped me grow as a person and strengthened my faith. I became more confident and learned the importance of trust in God, kindness, and gratitude. I want to thank God for always guiding me and giving me strength.

To my sponsor because of your generous sponsorship, I was able to finish my studies, and I am now a proud college graduate. Your help came at a time when I needed it the most, and it gave me strength to keep going. You may not know me personally, but your kindness and support truly made a big impact in my life. One day, I also hope to give back and help students the way you helped me.

To other people who supported me thank you so much for your love, care, and generosity. You have been a big part of my journey, and I will always be grateful. May God bless you all!
