We have been blessed by God with co-laborers whose heart, passion, and faithfulness has been instrumental in the work that we are doing among the marginalized communities in the Philippines. Our staff are faithful members of Llano Christian Baptist Church in Caloocan City. We keep our staff count as minimal as possible for two reasons. First, our aim for such a move is so that the resources entrusted to us will be used to the utmost for the ministry work in the field. This does not mean we are sacrificing the quality and efficiency of the work that would be done. Second, our partnership and co-laboring with local churches among the communities is a core principle of our community. We do not desire to take over the role of the church as salt and light of the community. Here are our staff:
