Hannah’s Story: Trusting God Through Challenges and Blessings

College life is a rollercoaster ride filled with ups and downs, and this past semester has been no exception. Hello! My name is Hannah Faith B. Paule, and I am 19 years old. I am currently a first-year college student pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree, majoring in Science.

Entering college has been quite an adjustment for me. The program I chose is demanding, but through God’s grace, I have managed to navigate the challenges I’ve faced. As the days passed, my love for education grew stronger, and it opened my eyes to the needs of every child. I feel immense joy knowing that my family has supported me throughout this journey, providing everything I need to focus on my studies. Recently, however, I have been struggling with my health due to migraines.

Being a pre-service teacher has been a wonderful experience. Since Science is my major, joining an organization focused on science has greatly benefited me. I am now part of the Iconic Genes organization at my school. Through this involvement, I have engaged in numerous experiments and science-related activities that allowed me to apply what I’ve learned in class.

Through both trials and blessings, God has been faithful to me. He has always been there to show His greatness in my life. Although I have struggled with my studies, God has given me the courage to persevere. There was a time when I felt discouraged due to peers who kept bringing me down, but God did not let that deter me. He sustained my strength, and His word empowered me to overcome the stress I was experiencing. Truly, God’s promises never fade.

As I prepare to enter the next semester, I humbly ask for your prayers. I pray that God will lead me on the right path and help me navigate the challenges of my four-year course. Please also pray for my family, that God will meet all our needs. Additionally, I request prayers for my health, that I may gain the physical strength I need to serve in the ministry and continue pursuing my dreams. Thank you!
