Prayer Focus for April 2025

Thanksgiving

1. We praise God for the successful career orientation conducted for our senior high school and college-sponsored children last April 1, 2025 in Metro Manila. We are grateful for the two speakers God used—Ivan Fabia and Chicky Decolongon—to inspire and guide our students. We are also thankful to the brothers and sisters who shared with the youth about their career via video recording.
2. Thank God for opening four new feeding programs in the recent months through our faithful partners in Catanduanes, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Antipolo. Thank God for the Birthday Feeding Program that God is using to help sustain the feeding programs in these areas.
3. We praise the Lord for the ongoing Bible studies among senior citizens who heard the Gospel through our Bless a Senior program.
4. Praise God for the resumption of the OFW Family Bible Study in Mabalacat. May it continue to flourish and bless more families.

Prayer Requests

1. Please pray as we conduct another Career Orientation this April 9 for senior high school and college sponsored children in the north of Metro Manila. Pray for Bro. Jaypee Manalo, a former sponsored child turned teacher, as he shares to the kids how God has blessed him in his career path.
2. Please pray for the good health and protection of the children, especially with the intense summer heat.
3. Pray that God will grant wisdom and focus to the children as they finish their school year this April.
4. Pray for our partner in Antipolo, Pastor Manuel Opanda, as he seeks to open another church planting outreach in his area.
5. Pray for Sis. Katrina Palsimon (our partner in Isabela) and her family, for God’s comfort as she mourns the passing away of her mother.
6. Pray for God’s provision and leading as we seek more sponsors for our Child Sponsorship Program.
7. Pray for God’s blessing and protection upon the upcoming mission trip of Kuala Lumpur Baptist Church from April 28 to May 1, 2025. May God use them to be a great blessing, and may their journey across the ministry areas be safe and fruitful.
8. Pray for Kapatid Ministry’s operational fund, for God’s provision.
