Card gifts

Card gifts are completed on our payment page at kapatidministry.org. We cannot transfer your purpose selection from this website automatically, so please enter the program name if the payment page provides a purpose or note field.

The payment page provides the transaction confirmation, so you do not need to email a screenshot afterward.

Bank and GCash gifts

After a transfer, send us the date or reference, amount, channel, and intended purpose at inquiries@kapatidministry.org. A screenshot is helpful when available. This allows us to match and acknowledge your gift.

Gift purpose

General Fund is used where it is most needed across the partnership. You may instead designate Feeding Program, Child Sponsorship, Bless a Senior Citizen, or OFW Families in the payment note or transfer notice.

We confirm that we matched a gift to our ministry records when sufficient contact or transfer information is available.

Formal or tax-related receipt

This is not automatically promised by a payment confirmation or acknowledgement. Requirements vary by jurisdiction; please contact us before giving if you need a specific document.

Why some Philippine channels use personal accounts

Metrobank is our organizational account in the name of Kapatid Ministry Inc. The listed BDO account is held by our General Secretary, Elizabeth Laxa, and the listed GCash account is held by our Chief Executive Officer, Titus Jr Laxa. We present both as authorized collection channels for Philippine gifts.

Because those channels use personal account names, please send us a transfer notice so we can match the transaction to our ministry records and acknowledge it.

Stewardship and reporting

We apply gifts through our ministry and partner-church processes. Through program updates, prayer reports, and annual reports, we invite our partners to follow the work God has entrusted to us.
