My Family Situation

This past year 2020 has been a great challenge for everyone due to the COVID-19 pandemic. My parents and our family were not exempted from it. My father and mother lost their jobs and because of this we struggle a lot. This 2021 however, we are slowly recovering, returning little by little, to our normal life. My father just resumed his job while my mother still stays at home. Life is really difficult nowadays, but we should not lose hope. We have a God where we can turn in times of need.

My Personal Situation

At present, I am struggling and adjusting in the mode of learning of our school. I am taking modules or printed lessons home, where I study by myself. Every week we have a lot of modules to answer and sometimes the lessons are difficult to understand. However, I thank God because I am also learning to use technologies like the internet, which I turn to when I really do not understand the lesson. I also thank God because my sister helps me in my studies. In spite of the difficulty I am facing now, I am determined to reach my dream through God’s help. My prayer is that this pandemic will soon be gone.
